Caroline is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in the scenic Comox Valley. Originally from Montreal, she ventured to British Columbia in 2015, bringing with her a passion for wellness and an active lifestyle. With a background rooted in the discipline of Muay Thai, Caroline is no stranger to the benefits of physical activity and its impact on overall well-being. As an RMT, her practice is centered on empowering individuals to take charge of their health, viewing it through the interconnected lenses of mental, physical, and social well-being.
